To help you manage your information and get a better product experience, you can check whether anyone has invaded your data in the intrusion log.
4. Provide you with security
In order to protect the security of your account and system operation and meet the relevant requirements of laws and regulations and our agreement rules, during your use of the "Keep Alarm" product, we will obtain your device information with your authorization, including the device attributes, connection and status information you use, such as device model, unique device identifier, etc.
In order to improve the security of your use of the services we provide and to more accurately prevent phishing scams and Trojan viruses, we may use or integrate your personal information and the information that our affiliates and partners obtain your authorization or share in accordance with the law to comprehensively judge your account risk based on your usage habits and common software information, including identity verification, prevention, discovery, and investigation of possible fraud, network viruses, network attacks and other security risks, as well as violations of our or our affiliates' agreements, policies or rules, in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you, other users, us or our affiliates, and record some links ( " URLs " ) that we believe are risky .
5. Device permission call
The "Keep Alarm" product will call upon some of your device permissions during the service process. You can choose to turn off some or all permissions in the device's settings to refuse the "Keep Alarm" product from collecting and using the corresponding personal information. The display and closing methods of permissions vary on different devices. Please refer to the device or system development instructions and guidelines. Your device system may open other permissions while authorizing necessary information. The "Keep Alarm" product itself cannot turn off authorization through manual or automatic settings.

5. The personal information collected is disclosed to the public by the subject of personal information on his/her own accord;
6. Your personal information is collected from legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels;
7. Necessary for signing a contract according to your requirements;
8. Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products and / or services provided , such as discovering and handling product and / or service failures;
9. Necessary for legitimate news reporting;
10. When academic research institutions conduct statistical or academic research based on public interests and provide the results of academic research or descriptions to the outside, they shall de-identify the personal information contained in the results;
11. Other circumstances prescribed by laws and regulations.
Please note that information that cannot identify you or be directly linked to you, either alone or in combination with other information, is not considered Personal Information. If we combine information that cannot be linked to any specific individual with other information to identify a natural person, or use it in combination with Personal Information, such information will be treated as Personal Information during the period of the combination.

If you do not want to receive message notifications on the App page, you can refuse to receive message notifications when you first install the App , or turn off the corresponding notification function in the "Notification" center of the mobile operating system.

We may use the personal information collected in the course of our business for statistical analysis and operational improvement, and use the de-identified information that cannot identify you and cannot be restored for technical transformation, network maintenance, troubleshooting, formulation of internal policies and procedures, and generation of internal reports to improve our systems.

We store Cookie files on your device to ensure the normal operation of the website and provide corresponding services and functions. 9. Any leakage of personal information due to improper storage of the user's account or password or sharing with others, or other leakage of personal privacy information due to reasons not caused by XMAN Hong Kong ;
10. The user and XMAN Hong Kong's partners have reached an agreement on the use and disclosure of the user's personal privacy information. Therefore, XMAN Hong Kong discloses the user's personal privacy information to the partners ;
11. Any leakage of user's personal privacy information due to hacker attacks, computer virus intrusion and other force majeure events .
Except for the above circumstances, XMAN Hong Kong will not use your personal privacy information for any other purpose without your consent. Please carefully consider the content of the information uploaded, published and communicated through our services. In some cases, you can control the scope of users who have the right to view your shared information through the privacy settings of some of our services. If you request to delete your relevant information from our services, please contact us.
IV. How do we store and protect your personal information?
1. Storage of Personal Information
1. Storage period: Unless required by laws and regulations or by mutual agreement , we will only retain your personal information for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purpose. When you actively cancel your account, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it as soon as possible in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations.
2. Storage location: Personal information we collect and generate within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored in China , except in the following circumstances : where there are clear provisions in laws and regulations; or where you have obtained your authorization and consent separately. In the above circumstances, we will and require the data recipient to process personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and other relevant security and confidentiality measures.
3. Termination of operation: If termination of operation occurs, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance and delete or anonymize your personal information after termination of operation.

If you are unable to manage this personal information through the above links, you can contact us at any time through the feedback methods provided in this Privacy Policy. We will respond to your access request within 15 working days .
(II) Changing the scope of your authorization or withdrawing your authorization
You can change the scope of consent or withdraw your authorization by deleting information in the App , changing privacy settings, or turning off the device permission function in the system.
Please understand that after you perform the above operations, we will no longer be able to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawal of consent or authorization, but it will not affect the processing of personal information that has been carried out based on your authorization.
3. Cancelling an account
You have the right to cancel your "Alarm Clock That Cannot Be Turned Off" product account. You can contact our staff through the contact information specified in Article 10 of this Privacy Policy, but please read Appendix 1 "User Cancellation Agreement" carefully before requesting cancellation. In order to ensure security, we may need you to provide corresponding methods to prove your identity and the legitimacy of your cancellation request. We will respond to your cancellation request within 15 working days after receiving your feedback and verifying your identity. After you successfully cancel, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it as soon as possible in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations. In principle, we do not charge any fees for your reasonable requests, but for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a certain cost fee depending on the circumstances. (II) Announcements related to the "Keep Alarm" product. We may send you relevant announcements when necessary (such as suspending a service due to system maintenance), and you may not be able to cancel these announcements related to the "Keep Alarm" product but not commercial promotions.
8. Changes and revisions to the privacy policy
We have the right to change or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. The changed or revised Privacy Policy will be notified to you through website announcements, pop-ups or other appropriate means before the revision takes effect. In this case, if you continue to use the "Alarm Clock" product, it means that you agree to be bound by the changed or revised Privacy Policy.
IX. Law and Jurisdiction
XMAN Hong Kong has formulated this privacy policy in accordance with the law to protect privacy and personal information. Your browsing or use of our products indicates that you agree that such browsing or use behavior is subject to the laws of the People's Republic of China, and you agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the People's Republic of China. Relevant disputes should be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached through negotiation, all parties agree to resolve the dispute through litigation in a court with jurisdiction over the domicile of XMAN Hong Kong.

Appendix 1: User Cancellation Agreement
Before you cancel your account, please fully read, understand and agree to the following matters:
We kindly remind you that if you cancel your "Unturnable Alarm Clock" product account, we will terminate our service to you and cause you a lot of inconvenience in after-sales protection. After successful cancellation, we will delete your personal information and make it unretrievable and inaccessible, or anonymize it.
1. If you still insist on canceling your account, your account must meet the following conditions at the same time:
( 1 ) The account has no disputes, including complaints or reports;
( 2 ) The account is in normal use and there is no record of any account being restricted.
2. During the cancellation period of the "Alarm Clock That Cannot Be Turned Off" product account, if your "Alarm Clock That Cannot Be Turned Off" product account is involved in a dispute, including but not limited to complaints, reports, lawsuits, arbitration, investigations by competent state agencies, etc., the "Alarm Clock That Cannot Be Turned Off" product has the right to terminate the cancellation of this "Alarm Clock That Cannot Be Turned Off" product account on its own without obtaining your separate consent.
3. Once the "Keep Alarm" product account is cancelled, it cannot be restored. Please back up all account-related information and data before operation. If you cancel the "Keep Alarm" product account, you will no longer be able to use this "Keep Alarm" product account, and you will not be able to retrieve any content or information in your "Keep Alarm" product account and related to the account (even if you use the same mobile phone number to register and use the "Keep Alarm" product again), including but not limited to:
( 1 ) You will not be able to log in and use your "Unturnable Alarm Clock" product account;
( 2 ) The personal information and historical information (including but not limited to user name, nickname, avatar, identification record, etc.) of the "Keep Alarm" product account will not be able to be retrieved; you will no longer be able to log in and use the aforementioned services. You understand and agree that the "Keep Alarm" product cannot assist you in restoring the aforementioned services.
4. Canceling the “Keep Alarm” product account does not mean that the account behavior and related responsibilities before the cancellation of the “Keep Alarm” product account are exempted or reduced.
